Energy Drinks

I personally think all energy drinks taste pretty gross and for the most part its just a bunch of sugar and carbs packed into one drink. Its been a fad that I really dont get. o:

Yeah, I don't get how the stuff can be drunk causally.

Caffeine puts me to sleep. Energy drinks, coffee, whatever, I fall asleep within about ten minutes of drinking it. Besides, energy drinks taste horrible.

It helps if you are generally unhealthy. Jolt Cola has 280 milligrams of caffeine. I drink two of these in a sitting and don't feel a buzz at all. For me, caffeine is the equivalent of weed for Snoop Dog, in that it takes way too much to get any buzz out of it.

Jolt Cola comes in 23.5 ounce cans and tastes good, so it's a viable drink for me d

I try not to drink a ton of anything that has caffeine in it because I hear you can get addicted to it. Which I think I already am. :shock:

I'm drinking Full Throttle: Blue Agave right now. It's pretty good. It's got this familiar taste to it, but I can't think of what it reminds me of.

energy drinks will not taste like anything but liquid boron. not within our lifetimes, at least. the technology to make them tasty is crazy sci-fi stuff.

out of the ones I've tried, though, AMP tastes the least like ass. you could almost mistake it for fruit punch or something. Rockstar is a little worse, but still tolerable. Monster tastes like someone squeezed two lemons into some Turkish coffee and upended a box of Splenda into the mixture. NOS is easily the worst, though. the chemical-canister design of the bottle doesn't help things.

It's banned here in the UK, no idea why, but my mate imported a 12 pack of 'em, and to be honest it sort of tasted like cherryade but extremely sugary and left a horrible burning sensation in the back of my throat, however, it sure as hell worked...

But seriously, I don't drink energy drinks anyway, they all taste pretty shit

I heard of it. I think they renamed it "censored".
I was on a site checking out all these energy drinks I've never heard of like "Blood" that comes in a little iv pouch thingy. There's also zombie blood thats the same thing only green.

You can't have energy drinks with food. It just messes up the taste of stuff.

Apparently females aren't affected by caffeine as much as males. Or so I've read.

I think I'm having an allergic reaction to energy drinks. At first I thought I was getting bug bites cause it's that time of year. I've got all these little itchy bumps on my neck, arms, and fingers. They look like mosquito bites, but haven't been outside to get this many so I'm guessing the drinks are the culprit.

I enjoy Monster and XS (the Quickstar/Amway brand), but that's about it.
