Enemy Hp

I'm Using Mr. Mo's ABS and I want to Make it when the Enemy has a certain amount of health it'll change it's graphic.

I can do this for you, but I need to know how you set up your enemy character sets? Do you just choose one character set for each enemy type in the database or do you do different character sets for the same enemy type? For example do you have all enemies that are Monster A have Character Set A, or do you have it so that Monster A will either have Character Se A, Character Set B, or Character Set C? Also, for this health, did you want it so when the monster's health is below a certain percent or did you want it to be an exact number?

I think that's all of my questions, for now at least.
