End of Days?

I'm a catholic, and my mom just received a message from the nearby church, saying that it was written by the missionary sent by our mother mary, and every little aspect and article said that the pope finally decides to reveal the truth of what's to come on year 2000s, the End of the world, that is... and it said it was neither to scare everyone nor to produce panic, but to make people prepared.

with all that, so...

1. do you believe in this? (if your a christian, that is...)
2. do you have faith that god will save you?
3. do you find me crazy writing this?, or think I'm offensive?
4. are you afraid of it?

so with all due respect, I'm just saying this to know what everyone thinks of this.

not really a topic that is suited for symposium or anywhere else for that matter. religious threads in general always stir up trouble and this is no different, as all it will do is generate a lot of "this is bullshit" posts.
