What is the worst emotion to feel out of those 3. Defend your position that's it
I think sorrow because people often seek fear and anger is usually a temporary state. Sorrow on the other hand usually lasts a lot longer and is caused when something you love is lost. Just my opinion though.

The worst emotion you could feel out of those three is fear, because that would make you weak, only weak people feel fear. Anger is a good emotion and anger makes you a man, as for sorrow who the fuck feels sorrow?
