Edit of sprite

I got this sprite and I would like if someone could edit it's clothes into wearing a patient white dress just like the ones in hospitals. (Underneath naked)

I tried doing it myself but I've been searching for days but couldn't even find 1 sprite which had the hospital dress.

Oh the body part if possible make it in black and white with photoshop or anything else to match the face but if you can't do it well in black and white, make it with colour and I'll change it to black and white myself.

If anyone could help I would be very grateful as I require it as fast as possible for my project's first demo.
