easy HUD scipt Request

ok you see the box that says "TODAYS NEWS" ok so what i want is a scipt that will have text in that box, i want to be  able to change to text to what ever i want and i want it simple to use.
EDIT: i want it only to show up on one map, and i want it so i can pick the map it shows up on

That really is not a hard script request, is really easy, I've done something like this before but it was crap because I didn't include the dispose or refresh rates on it, someone will do this easily.
