Easiest question in da world!

Ok I really want to make my game using sideview battlers and stuff but I've never used scripts before in the entire time I've had rmxp so..... Do I have to take alot of time to configure exactly where my scripts go, or can I jjust go copy and paste it over the old stuff?:-/

Most scripts have instructions on them.

Most, you just press the open script editor button (F11?), then scroll down. Select Main at the bottom and press insert. Just copy and paste your script in the empty spot now.
