I closed it and thought naaah.. Then I thought I must of done something wrong. And I actually returned, stuck on the maximum floor numbers (which this version was 26 or 27 I believe. And played a lot more Tactically. I firstly chose a Warrior and a Mage which ended up with my warrior having to babysit my Mage who was constantly being beaten to death. I then decided to change over to a Paladin and a Brawler which worked quite well until we both started getting low on health to which I then tactically changed over the brawler to a priest where I played defensive with the next monsters.
I'm still playing it now it's a pretty cool game I'm a sucker for Dungeon Crawlers especially those made in RPG Maker.
Glad to hear you liked it. Often times these types of games get overlooked by games with..plots. Hehe.
Anyway, I'm working on the newest version, which already has the thirteenth class, the Psion, figured out and will have floors 26-30.
