Dump/Concept Art

First off, I'm new here :P Was recommended to check this site out from a friend who's addicted in making RPG games >.< Anyway, here are two artworks I've made using Photoshop (one is finished, the other is still in progress). Just looking for some criticism. I was thinking of creating them into models for my friend's game, but before I do just wanted to see what people would say about them :P Thanks.

hum you got some basis, ^^but still not perfect, you is still a bit inacurate(i mean that you draw with a lot of small lines), you should "relax" your wrist :p with long and smoot lines:p

the faces look too flat.
and there is something wrong with the girl's head.. it should be sightly to the left, i guess you get it wrong in the way she twist herself... a bit sad cause the overall shape is goog, i kinda like the foreshortening you did with the leg. :p

the boy, is better in overall, though i don't like his face, maybe cause of the eyes.

Thanks for the critique. Yeah, I still have lots to learn my anatomy and perspective knowledge isn't the best yet :P Anyway, the reason for the fine lines is that I erased a lot of the lines used to make the general look. On actual pencil and paper I do use a lot of smooth lines, but it sometimes looks like it get's in the way that why I erased the excess lines when I use photoshop. I kind of like it that way too.

Well, how should I say this, I'm a digital artist so-to speak :P I made these two from scratch on photoshop, I never kept the original sketch layer when I finish my first one. I only draw using pencil when I'm touring cities and stuff looking for more inspiration. Anyway, I'm working on this new sketch that'll I'll load up here for some more criticism.

The head of the boy in the first pic looks good, but the rest of his body isn't kawaii enough imo. I suggest watching Cardcaptor Sakura to see how it should be done.

Tbh, these are really quite good :) but...

I don't think the face is flat but the placement of the ear for the first one, look closely *Squints eyes*. The Girl's position looks hard to look at probably because of her pose? It's like her lower half is facing us but her chest part isn't?

You need to look at where the girl arms are coming from, in the picture one of her arms looks like it has grow from her back, and the shoulder bone isn't a joint, but it looks like it has been bent downwards and it pointing to the sky, or maybe its just me and i don't undestand the pose

Really? I wasn't going for a cute look at all :P But I'll look into that so I can develop more of that style for other uses.

Her upper body is turned to her left, in the picture facing right. Her lower body is in the distance, except for her left knee and thigh. I guess it's pretty difficult to understand the pose without shading in the details. When I'm done I'll post it up.
