Um, I'm just wondering, at the begining of the game, how do you make a cutsean (if you don't know what that means, it means "A short movie" or something) because I want one with Laynah and Aranea at the begining on a ledge.:-/

Um, also, how do you make animation things. (Spell animations I mean)
I need to make one for my game.:-/

To make an animation you go to the database and then go in to the animations section pick an animation file and select the number of frames you would want for the animation and now at the bottom of the database screen there should be some pictures of animations (After you select animation file) for you to drag and drop into the little black screen. Place as many animations as you want on the little black screen in every frame and then when your done you could test the animation. And now to put it in a spell you just go to skills in the database and pick a spell that you made and put a animation in for the cast animation and for the hit animation. I hope this helps.

I'm really impressed. Most 10 year olds don't have the patience or the skill to make a game. Good luck! I'm really looking forward to seeing this in its finished form! I'm a newbie with RPG Maker myself, so I'm not a great deal of help in anything, but thnk goodness guys like us can fall back on the more experienced members who have been around RPG Maker once or twice and know what they're doing.

But yeah, good luck again! I'm sure that your game will be awesome.

I know how to make spell animations, but I just want to make one of those animation things that you pick the stuff that you want to have in your animation,

They're nice, but they'll be ruined in RMXP when you import them, since the animation won't be transparent

EDIT: Lol, I thought that was a re-colour of the old one. >.<

While, I myself don't know how to help you, I'm sure if posted a(calm.) topic in the RMXP general support forum, asking for help, you would get some assistance.
