I Am Looking For A Script That Will Do What DQ8 Did...Psyche Up

I Need The Script For RMXP:

I Need A New Command/Script That Will Allow Me To Psyche Up (Meaning Boost Your Attack And PDEF In Battle)In Battle. I Would Also Appreciate It If Someone Made It So It Fails Sometimes Like: (Name) Try's To Psyche Up But Just Can't! And Can You Also Make It So Its Out Of 100 Psyche Up (Like Psyche Up To: 5, 20, 50, 100 Because We Don't Want Them To Get Too Strong!
