Don't start BGM till SFX is done

What I'm looking for is a little script or modification that will make RMXP wait for the "Start Battle" SFX to finish before commencing the Battle BGM. Problem is I would not have a dang clue where to start looking in the Script Editor for something like that.

Anybody care to lend a helping hand?
