Does combining scripts often cause problems?

I'm implementing a number of scripts into my game, including Trickster's Skill Shop, Multi-Equip, Multi-Attack, and Combo Skills. However, when I add these in, seemingly innocent pieces of code give me an error message. It seems almost random when it's line 130 in the middle of a mess of code when I only copied and pasted.

Is it normal for these scripts to mess with each other? Is there anything else I have to do to make these work besides copy and paste and change the skill/item/actor numbers?

Skill Shop shouldn't cause any problems with the other three

I'd wait until I rewrite Multi-Attack and Combo Skills

and Did you get the Multi-Attack from the Multi-Equip demo?

I went through and deleted and re-inserted all the custom scripts one by one. Turns out the troublesome one was another custom script, not one of yours. It was a Skill Limiter script that limited the number of times a certain skill could be used in battle. Yours all work together fine.
