Does Anyone Know of a Graphic Cutter?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that can take a VX icon sheet and cut it into 24x24 icons. I know that this is accomplishable by hand, but who wants to sit and cut over 2000 icons? So if anyone knows of a program that is capable of this in a more convenient way than selecting everything individually, I would appreciate it if you could link it, or just drop me the name.

I remember seeing most of those icons already cut into 24x24 icons in the Resources section of this site.

At the very top and under the logo, you will see a link titled "Resources". Under icons, there should be some icons from VX already cut up for you. :3

Just in case you can't get someone to cut the VX icon sheet for you. ^.^

Thanks for the response, however I was actually looking to cut up a icon sheet that someone had made custom, because I can't seem to locate an icon set that I had a long time ago that was a set of XP icons where some were custom, some were ripped from games, but there were a ton of them. So I decided the next best thing was to cut up a good looking VX one.

There's a plugin/extension for GIMP that does that. I used it to chop up the "Tons-o-icons" image.
search for 'slice' or 'subdivide'.

Personally I would recommend Irfanview for any such image manipulation.

Can irfanview cut an image into 24x24 bits? And do you know how I would go about doing that?
