I want to create a kid as well but i was leaving that for a later time because i want to complete at least one or two characters before, great work by the way

Hey peeps, just wanted to know what you though of this here, i plan to make poses similar to tyke but i want to take it a step further since it's a bigger template now, i will upload this after it's done but i also want to make a second with the body on a pose.
Sorry it's taken me so long to release a character, i was trying to get the best look possible, and it's been a while since i've made a full sprite sheet because i've spent all of my time on template making, i now want to work in the same way as Mack and Lene so i will work on different sections instead of a full character, i have the hair of that character on the avatar almost complete only need the 2nd frame for the back.
Edit: Lene, it now occurred to me that you may want to keep your work in the blog for a while, so no problem there.

from the looks of that, I think you can make diaginal templates for this O.o

I probably can , i have not worked with diagonal characters before but i think i can make it work, but no plans for that....yet.

May not happen for quite a while (well may or may not happen) but i'm thinking of making a DoBoi side view battler, i would keep it the same size as the template most probably..

Cool , I love the look of the female character by the way, i have to try making a dress sometime (never have before :/).
Okay, i have finished that hair i was working on at last, i used that darker skin color of mine so make the necessary changes to those few dark pixels peeps.
I guess it's all good with the first pose sheet so up to the first post it goes.

This is why I'm trying to sprite in a way that's somewhat compatible with your sprites. It'll be easy to mix and match things. Unless you don't wish to happen. Althought, that ponytail would work with what I'm working on at the moment.

No problem use it if you like, i agree that it would be better if we have a similar look going on.

Hello, i would like to know what you guys think of the hair so far, especially the back frame, i think it's looking good but you never know .

Edit: All good then, i made some very slight changes to the back of the hair a while ago, looks a tad better than this now, i also started on some pants, well till next time then.

Well thanks ^_^, I have improved the look of the lighting a tad so it's looking better now, and i have the frontal second and fourth frame complete.
I have also started on a tileset but i wont bother showing that until i'm sure i wont quit XD.

EDIT: Pants now complete, man.. this is THE way to work for me, sometimes when working on a full character i become lazy but working this way keeps me going for some reason.

EDIT: Here's an example with the kid, not too sure if i got the hair 100% right though since i could not see the other side of the head.

Note: I have made a slight change to the hind leg of the 2nd frame for the 2nd row on the child temp.
