I like it, it's anime and it's been getting a lot of stick lately. But looking at it for what it is, It's quite nice.

Yes, the flicks on the eyes shouldn't be there. They're odd.

Yes, the hair should come over the eyes (but in true anime style should turn magically transparent and only show outlines.

Yes, the clothes are flat bar the next guard and shoulder plates.

But all in all, it's a good picture in my opinion.

(Korean Student have Fucking busy schedule. in Korea, Education equals hell.
It's terrible. Really! It sucks our life out)

its a way better improvement to say the least. I'm not really a fan of pointy jaw-lines though. But it does look 100 times better than it did before. Keep it up. But don't get to stuck on arshes. Diversity and more anatomy would be a good thing for you.

In my nation(Korea) teenagers is fan of anime/manga style. that's why I just started in this way.....also it's popular

Thats not really a valid excuse. I mean you can draw which ever ways you want because its you art. But break away from the mold and do something else. Study realism and it'll help your anime to improve. Greatly. Even lead you towards your own style. And especially help you with various other areas that you struggle with. Its fine to shift towards anime but I'd think more people would be impressed with something not so...whats the word? Generic?

I know studying realism helps drawing anime style, but I usually don't have time to
draw some realism drawings. (korean student = lives in hell called "EDUCATION". It's helluva hard than other countries)

I can't even play in weekends! I stays up with *ucking homework all day!
and my Final Exam is coming. I have to study.
After my exam is end, I have tons of time, I'll gonna dump tons of pictures...
(Months that I have lots of time = January, Feburary, March, July, August,December)
(Months I am really busy = April, May, June, September, Octover, November)

Ahh yes. I want to say some about korean.
First, another nation have club activities in their school time.
but we didn't. We study for 7 hours in school without club activities.
I start to school at 7:50 AM, and I return back in 5:00 PM.
How about homework? It sucks ass.
Teachers dump tons of homework for us. Wow *uck you very much teachers
they kill us. usually, 50% of student's not able to do that homework sucks ass.
and you know what teachers did when we didn't do homework?
They hit us with a wooden stick. some teachers carry square wooden club
anyway after school, we usually go to academy.
I start academy at 7:00 pm and finish at 8:30 pm,
but another guys starts at 5:00 pm and finish at 11:00pm!

anyway, i am meaning i am busy.
I have time next month. then i'll draw more things.

No one cares if your a Korean student. I'm an American student and I'm just as busy. See how that makes no logical sense? All we're saying is study various other forms of art to help you improve your art. And if not then well just give up now. Which you shouldn't do but you keep trying to hide behind your being Korean for some odd reason. Yes we know you are. Congrats. More art please.

XD but seriously okay enough about your school life and how busy you are we just want to help you to improve but opening you up to other forms or "style" out there so you're not limited to "generic look A". You're ten times more likely to get noticed for having a unique styling rather than being able to emulate that which has already been done. BUT since it doesn't seem like this is really going through your head. I say fuck it. of course though upload more art so we can critique it.

Teacher is different in here Korea.
All the teachers in Korea carries at least one weapon to punish student
and very common think is long wooden stick. some teachers carry square wood clubs.
some teachers carry hard bamboo stick.
