Dispose/Withdraw partymembers

Is there a script wich can Dispose/Withdraw partymembers?
I'm using a script that allows the party to have more then 4 partymembers,
but i want a script to control the party by Dispose/Withdraw partymembers.

The original way I was doing it was slightly buggy, so yesterday I had to start over in a new way, this time it isn't buggy and should be up either today or tomorrow.

I will edit this post with a picture or two later on to show my progress.
