This probably isnt to difficult, but what Im trying to do is have the name of a map get displayed as the player enters it.
At the moment I have a common event that calls the map name out, then removes itself. It more or less what I want. the only problem is it stops the players button input for a few seconds. and after about 5 minutes of playtesting it was considerably annoying.
Might one kindly enlighten me on a more efficient way of doing this?
