Disabling moving down

How do I make it so that at one point in the game, the player cannot move down? Sorry if that isn't specific enough, but that's literally what I'm aiming for here. Thanks in advance.

Event
Trigger: Parallel Process
@> Conditional Branch: The Down button is being pressed
@> Set Move Route: Player
: : Turn Down
: Branch End

Tested, it works in both RMs for me. The player will turn down and that will overwrite the default command (move down). Let me know if you're looking for something different or more specific or if it's not working for you.
