disabling keyboard keys

Is it possible to disable the function keys? I want to disable the F1 key, but I can't figure out how.

F1 is debug mode, right?

Well once the game is complete, that won't matter. F1 can only be used when you're play-testing the game.

F1 is the RGSS player settings menu which allows you to change settings and what keyboard keys map to the internal Input buttons. Disabling this would not be a smart thing to do.

I am providing alternative options, so I want the game options disabled.
