Oh for god's sake. NO IT COULDN'T. Within an hour of death the brain's cells have all but died. Once neurons have failed to fire, they cannot be refired. Frankensteins monster was written over a hundred years ago- if it was that simple, people would be wandering around with dead mates.so restoring the electrical current to the brain and heart could get the blood flow running around the body again, the diaphram working again and then the lungs re-activating, like in the story of Frankenstein's monster.
