Ok, so I've been scripting for long enough, and I've recently decided I need to add another skill to my repertoire. This is my first serious attempt at pixelling a character, so any Comments or Criticism would be appreciated.

Ok, that's fine. Can you please tell me specifically what needs to be fixed?

It he looks all scrunched up, bud. Don't try to add all taht detial to something so small. If you want detail, go for a bigger template, and then size it down.

It reminds me of those lego building block characters. I'm working on some help for you. Just give me a few minutes and I will post what my aid.

well round of his shoulders and make his arms straighter for one. Then edit the stomach, theres just to much there.

DeM0nFire, I'm glad your taking the advice. I commend you on that.

The anatomy of the sprite still needs some work though. This was not meant to help you specifically. But maybe it can help you none the less. It's an image of something I recently posted on my blog.

Well, I think the legs are a little exaggerated in that picture, but I do think that the legs on my template need to be bigger. Just give me a few minutes and I should have a new one up.

What do you mean you made a modification? I meant on the example of anatomy you gave me, the legs seem too long.

Alrighty, I see what you mean. However, I think that for the style I was going for the shoulders either need to be sloped a bit less or there needs to be a little modification on shading. Lemme try something...
