You could....
take out a loan (not sure if you can do that in your country)
put it on a credit card and pay later (might be a country problem too?)
lower your commission fees to get more takers
remove something from the wedding and get your money back on something (catering service, DJ, dress, tux, flowers, etc)
sell some stuff
tell people you need this money as an early wedding present (instead of whatever gift)
postpone your honeymoon and use that money for court (go later when you save up again)
Anyways if he is called to court by law don't they pay for that? In America the government pays YOU to go to court...well if you are called for jury duty and not doing something bad :p I say just give up some wedding stuff. Simple.
