[DELETE THIS] Loop to a certain place in a Midi?

I heard you can make Midis loop to a certain spot in the song, or make them not loop at all. How do I do that?

Example:
I have a song from "The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time" (the indoors/house theme) but I want it to loop to right after the intro, instead of the intro playing every time it loops. How would I do that?

EDIT: I don't know if it's different between XP and VX, but just to let you guys know, I'm using VX.

I'm not sure if it's possible without scripting.

But perhaps an alternative method is to cut the song into two parts, the intro and the main theme.
Then run a Parallel Processing event that plays the intro music, Waits a certain number of frames (however long it takes for the intro to finish), then plays the main theme.

EDIT:
@Yeyinde below:

Cool, didn't know that before.

Regimos, he's talking about MIDI.  MIDIs and OGGs can loop successfully in RMVX without the need to resort to scripts.

MIDIs loop with a special MIDI event.  This event is a b06f value 111 event.  If you throw this in, RMVX will loop back to where it is when the song reaches its end.

OGGs loop with the internal comments "LOOPSTART" and "LOOPLENGTH" comments.

If you need any more info, just ask.

Exactly. How do I add those events? The only Midi editor I have is the free/trial version of NoteWorthy Composer, which as far as I know doesn't let you put events in. Does anyone know an editor that's free and does?
