Database Balancer

[The Law G14]

I recall there being a program posted here that allowed you to easily balance your weapons/armors/skills/enemies/troops all together. It allowed to test damage, show weaknesses, etc. But I can't seem to find it or remember the name lol so if someone knows where this is that would be greatly appreciated.

Yea! That's what it was, but it wasn't exactly that, it was a real program and it had more capabilities, but it was definitely called a damage calculator. With that, I'll search some more, thanks!
