Darkfall - Oblivion Online

I have been following Darkfall for quite some time now (and as you can tell I have been playing random games throughout)

Anyways, with it's release coming so soon it is extremely exciting as this game is like no other. The battle system is completely skill based instead of the people who play it non-stop with the epics always in the win.

Mass-battles, Clan/Guild kingdoms, Ships/Sea battles, Amazing first-person battle-system.. the list goes on.

Here is an amazing video that was just released that makes me all the more giddy (yes I said giddy)

Gameplay sense... first-person fighter, I dunno oblivion first came to mind since of also the medievel/fantasy setting.

Um... I don't think so... this game has been in development for like 4years so maybe you heard about it sometime earlier.

Darkfall, 4 years? Are you insane? Darkfall has been in development since the dark ages. It, along side Duke Nukem Forever, are the two most talked about vaporware games in (as far in as vaporware goes at least) development.

Yes, but they have released several videos and it is said to come out october-ish. According to the detail shown in the video and the talk going around, I think that it will actually happen this time.

This game I think will be truly revolutionary if it does what it says.

The action scene in the first part looks completely wack, and just "spam attack button". And no-safe zones at all? What the hell? So if you don't get it immediately (when it comes out and if), you're pretty much screwed because there's probably this bastard who's high level and wanting to kill all the low levels (IMO, and as far as I can tell from the info given).

Learn more about the game, noob. It's not level based.

DF has been in development since 2001, and I've been a member of their forum ever since. It's nothing like Oblivion, by the way.

I know its nothing like oblivion but I was relating the battle system, such as the FPS kind of game.
