Damage on a certain frame and multi damage weapons/skills

I'd like a script to made the damage appear on a certain frame of the battle animation, for each animation. e.g: the animation has 21 frames, the damage only appear at frame 10.

And I'd like to make weapons/skills do multi damage like:
Frame 10 - first damage
Frame 15 - second damage

or:

Frame 7 - first damage
Frame 34 - second damage
Frame 67 - third damage
Frame 87 - fourth damage


and if it's possible, I'd like compatibility with Mr.Mo ABS

i have a KGC_Multi Attack that is exactly what you needed
but im not in my home right now

I think Trickster Multi Attack would accomplish the same thing, but if that doesn't work I will pm you a demo of the KGC Script
