Cybersams CBS Problem

How can I change the battle sprites in Cybersams CBS. I replaced the usual RTP battlers of the heroes to things like erk cleric and erichermits goblin.

The first time I did so the battlers halfed and one end was above the other, so it didn't look right.

Then when I did it again nothing changed. Am, I supposed to change them in the script?

Edit, the second problem was because I never renamed the file, anyway heres a screeny of the problem.

You will need to change the size of the animating sprites.
To the exact the same as provided.
Or you could change it. I believe there is comment about fixing
the height of the animation battlers.

Just a suggestion.
