I am wondering how exactly to go about making the camera leave the map the player is on, go to a different map, and follow something to a certain point where an event takes place then return to the player.
Example:
In my game you are trying to reach the top of a house, to do this you must unlock secret passages, missing levels, and hidden rooms. Whenever a new floor is opend or a new room unlocked, I want the camera to travel up(or down) the building until reaching the location of the event, then show the new room or floor grow out of the sides or whatever it does.
Anyways, hopefully I made sense.
