At the top of Scene_File, below "def main"
add Audio.bgm_play("Audio/BGM/034-Heaven01.mid")
Code:
  def main
    # Start Save/Load Music
    Audio.bgm_play("Audio/BGM/034-Heaven01.mid")
    # Make help window
    @help_window = Window_Help.new
    @help_window.set_text(@help_text)
    # Make save file window
......
replace "034-Heaven01.mid" with your custom file name.

Then, on line 73, add Audio.bgm_stop

    # If B button was pressed
    if Input.trigger?(Input::B)
      Audio.bgm_stop
      # Call method: on_cancel (defined by the subclasses)
      on_cancel
      return
    end
