By the way, I'm sure you probably already know this, but if you're taking 5-hydroxytryptophan, this is kind of like taking levodopa, a treatment for Parkinson's. Both of these are precursors to dopamine. Dopamine has receptors all of your body and having too much dopamine around can give you side effects similar to those you are already experiencing from the serotonin withdrawal effects. To not get into too much detail, I advice you to take 5-hydroxytryptophan along with carbidopa. This drug, carbidopa, eliminates the adverse effects in your body, but still lets dopamine work around in your brain, because it can't cross the Brain Blood Barrier.
Since you didn't trust me on the other thing, trust me on this one.
