Cross Browser Issues

I have a graphical menu:

This is what it looks like in Firefox 3.5:

This is what it looks like in Internet Explorer 8:

Any ideas how to get it to always look like the first?

Set the text-align CSS property to left, for the table cell that holds those links. It fixed it for my copy of IE8. By the way, in smaller resolutions, the ad to the right cuts off that new little menu you have.
