Critique My "MS Paint" drawings... of my characters.

Awesome Bro

So I've been trying to sketch out a the designs for my characters
in my game, so I drew a few.

- Critique the image itself, not the fact I made it in MS Paint.

The Main Villian of the game...

So tell me what you think and maybe what I should change a little.

The anatomy on "Your Most Powerful Ally" around the legs and waist is off though, the legs around the feet are too wide or the waist is too thin, you might want to work on that a little.

They have a sort of "flash-toon" look/feel going on especially the cat girl. If this is what you intended then you nailed it, if you where trying to make something more manga-like then you might need to work a little more on body proportions, anatomy and more detail in the eyes.

You could make a sheet like this if you intend to animate them maybe in a battle animation or something...

Notice how this is still "cartoony" but the anatomy has shape and is more fluid. I can tell you put in some effort and time into your art but try giving your character more fluid shape instead of sticking with the line tools.

A good technique for this is to separate body parts into geometric shapes and then tweak those shapes to give them some real and natural form. Kudos if your using a mouse but you might want to get a cheap graphics tablet to really get into that sort of thing.

The cat girl and Main Villain are great though...
