First of all, create a new item .
Example:
Name of item- Cheat Engine
Icon- Anything
Description- A strange device that allows player's to enter Cheat codes
2) go to the Common Events tab. Create a new common event, name it something having to do with "Cheat Codes."
3) Create an Input text event, and put in the text you want it to say.
Ex: Input Cheatcode.
- Then choose how many digits you want all your cheat codes to be. This does not matter as long as it is between 1-8.
- Click Ok.
4) make a new Conditional Branch command.
- Make a Variable, then name it something along cheatcodes(doesn't matter.)
- choose "Equal to" from the drop down menu on conditional branches.
- Now choose "Constant."
Here put the number you want the cheatcode to be, making sure it is the same amount of numbers as you put in the common event.
- click OK.
In the conditional branch you just created, you create the cheat you want.
