Created File in RGSS, it shows me Japanese...

Hello. I am making a special program for creating detailed NPCs. I made a module and edit of Scene_Title that creates a new file (ItemList) that is supposed to show me every item in the database. I plan on loading the file into the editor I am making so that I can choose what items the NPC starts with. Unfortunately, when I read the file, it shows me Japanese text instead of items. So will my program see the items, or will it load Jap text instead?

I will believe you now. Can you just post your Scene_Title script??
