ah... hes supposed to be ghostly... a phantom my imagination created... kinda like frankenstein's monster... but later on i'll try to fix him up more...

yeah, but frankenstein follows all the laws and principals of gravity, motion, energy... etc.

Well, as far as your pencil drawings, you seem to be better at drawing existing characters. You should work on making your own character designs and drawing something off the top of your head. It takes some work, but if you can pull off making badass original characters with flying colors, then you will be good.

Try finding some tutorials on hairstyles, anatomy, and clothing design, then mix and match and add some of your own ideas to the composition.
