yeah i know... it's not as good as blackmarket, tana, Badmonur or Bluescope (and any others i cant name from the top of my head)... but this is what i did before i became a spriter, hehe... these are some of my old pics...

I really like the second of Inuyasha. Lol those have to be some of the straightest ears that I've ever seen drawn. Lol oh yeah and the ones where you have like a smaller picture then like a close up of the face are pretty neat as well. I've never seen anything like that before. Lol all in all your arts pretty good. ^_^ keep on drawing. two thumbs up. Enjoi

heh, thanks fer the comment, some of these drawing are really old (like the second inuyasha) so... i'll keep drawing fer sure, i have some more of my art lying about here somewhere... i'll post them when i find em!

To take your art to the next level... try to work with perspective... such as limbs that traverse into and out of space... If you could achieve that... then i think you're are will take a whole new spin... working on poses will help your characters become more Dynamic... that'll be great... believe me... But good job... I think the Vash's came out comparibly well... good job...

I would like to also see some examples of the sprites you've done... if you don't mind... ~Caio~

i've also made a number of animated battlers and other sprites and pixel art but i can't show most of them... (the top of the post explains why)

what do you mean by limbs that go in and out of places? cuz i dunno what you mean... if you could tell me that would be greatly appreciated...

Well... everything exist on a 3d plane... you have the style that my friend does... but you need your artwork to create that illusion of depth... working with perspective... Creates Dynamic poses... it tells you that the hero is in the Air with a sword... and attempts to make it look more Three Dimensional... Don't worry, i'm still practicing this myself... but I want to get it so that the characters leap out of the page to the target... It's unique... and hard for me to explain (i'm not very good at explaining it)... just the combination of Perspective and the application of shadows to create the illusion of depth... that the character isn't running downwards... but he's running towards you...

Hmm... your spriting ability is good... i like it (i like everyone elses sprites better than mines... iunno call me critical...)... Hmm... maybe when i get underway... you can help us on our project...

ah i see... thank you for the explanation Darksydaz... and maybe, when you get underway i might be able to help out if i can... i use MSPaint to sprite (cuz i think its less complicated and eisier), but some people still say im a pretty fast spriter... and apparently really good too...

I like using GIMP the sprite, because of the snap to grid feature. Also the color index. MSPaint is a pain to get the right colors out of.

All those are spriting programs, I personally like Character Mucker 1999 if uses in conjuction with another program... (my personal favorite is Photoshop...)

heh, sadly enough i dont have any more art... well... i do... but i dont have a scanner... maybe i could find some of my already scanned art that i havent posted already?

well... like i said... i dont have a scanner... but i do have a webcam! its crappy quality compared to what it'd look like with a scanner but... hey! its better'n nuthin!... tho i still wish i had a scanner... ehehehe... heh... once i finally get this scanned then im gonna try to colour it with gel pens and colour pencils... and i'd use the scanned version to TRY to colour it digitally IF i ever learn how... hehe... i drew this just this morning...

dude did you draw all these things yourself or did you use reference pictures, in either way they look pretty nifty maybe you could try coloring your sketches on your computer or something like that :p

Do you have a programme like painter or photoshop?
