Almost everything here is work I've accumulated over the past year. My current focus is the cave tileset and the sprite in the long black jacket.
I think I'm done trying to do individual pieces of clothing. I'll just do full sprites from now on.
I put up some non half-kaizer stuff that is just waiting to be used.

It's really good to know that the members of the HKCP are still around working on stuff. All looks great, but something about the tree bugs me.
 
That balck overcoat standa head and shoulders above preety much everything else here, I'm no spriter and my screen is a bit shitty but it looks near flawless. That's stunning work.

The tree looks like it could benefit from the leaves part being twice as high, it looks a bit flat as it is. The wall looks like it needs to more contrast and something to show the difference between the wall and floor a little clearer.
 
The tree was an experiment in texture. I just drew a gnarly stump and threw some leave in the air to see how it looked. So the shape is going to change.

My cave wall needs depth. With a normal wall I'd make it lighter on top and darker on bottom. But in a cave, were is the light coming from? I just have to play some more with it.
 
Hey Coyote, a lot of this looks really great, but there was something catching my eye thaht didn't quite seem right on a couple of these. After a little more studying I realized what it was.

In the completed Monsters Section, for the first Werewolf guy, you have him sliding the arm and leg from the same side of his body out when he walks. making it look awkward. When walking, you swing your right arm forward as your right leg is back, and your left arm forward when the left leg is back.

Shading and everything else looks really good. Hope that helps some.

Also, for all I know you could have him walking that way intentionally. If so, disregard.

Wow! Everything is beatuifull! HK to me is the best graphic (not quality but harmony) that rpgmaker can have! keep working!
About the caves you can do a dark wall and a light one and some Torches or a bright floor like a open cave
or a cave with a river like this picture:
