Continue Even when Inactive window ?

Please please... I really need help with this.. Im not really sure if this already came up in someone else's post, if so, just give me the link..

Anyway, Is there a way/script so that even when the game window is inactive [example: chatting with someone while the game is playing.] , the game will still go on like for example, credits will still roll, events are still moving.
