Proboards Contest
Five years ago I was a complete Proboards junkie. My first website was a proboards board, and my first success came from a forum-based RPG game based around Adventure Quest. I always thought the site was massive with it's 660 posts ~ but hell, there are huge proboards forums out there, some of them bigger than HBGames.org.
Now everyone knows Proboards sucks as a forum software.
It just does. It's customisation is limited, it's features aren't exactly expandable, and it can be slow for certain things.
But this contest is all about hacking away at the software to create something cool, snazzy, imaginative and constructive.

What you've got to do
Design and create a Proboards forum over the next few weeks. Don't just stick with defaults - edit it as much as possible with coding and shits.
Basically, you've got to try and make something that sucks as little as possible out of the forum software that sucks the most.
I think the theme should be shitty HBGames spin-off site whynot. Choose something else if you want, but ideally they need to be comparable for the contest to work.
I'll make a website alongside it whynot.
Anyway, I'll then announce a winner, or we can vote on them, whatever we decide.
What the winner will get
No cash prizes, sorry. But, maybe we could add your site as an affiliate for a month or something cool like that?
