Conditional Branch Button Inputs

Is there a way to get more than just Up, Down, Left, Right, A, B, C, X, Y, Z, L, and R For Button inputs in the conditional branch?

I tried the Aileworks one.  But it doesn't make much sense, plus it didn't change anything in the condition branch options.  I suppose I need to require input from a script, but I'm not sure what to use.
