I've recently had the chance to write a song with connections to Beethoven's Fur Elise.
It borrows its header melody of "dadadada da da da daaa~~", but the rest is more or less independent of Fur Elise, and with a more non-classical approach (-ish); although it does revisit the header theme many times.

I found it to be quite an interesting experience to work with a classical reference. Anyone else made songs with a nod to famous classical tunes? Which ones? Feel free to post it.
Oh, feedback and stuff welcomed as well of course. Thank you for your time in advance.
