Commissioning a scripter

For my upcoming project, I would like to hire a scripter (or license a script already done) who's capable of producing an interactive mouse system script (Similar to Mr Mo's with the selectable windows as well) with pathfinding for RPG Maker XP. I'm just looking for one standard price, if possible.)
In addition to payment, the scripter will also be credited properly in the game.
