Cogwheels RTAB Battle system... can't find it!

Sooo anyone know where I could get Cogwheels RTAB Script. I just can't find it in FORUM's Script listings by DerVvulman, the link is broken and gives me a 404.

Just post a good Link or just paste the script in a Php box if you have it.
