You need an option for not willing to pay anything, since I'm pretty sure I've already seen a freebie program that does this.

There are lots of programs that already do this for free.

LackeyCCG is probably the best of them.

Well this program will start out with the first release in organizing magic cards, then free updates to those who paid will be able to organize Yugioh, Pokemon, etc. This is to keep inventory of cards, and collectibles.

As I said, it's not what it does that makes me say there should be an option for "I wouldn't pay anything for this." It's the fact that there are free alternatives that already exist.
