Clickable Menu?

Hello,
    I have yet to seen this done. But I was wondering, would someone who knows RGSS scripting well enough be able to create a clickable menu system in the game? Maybe even a click start menu?!

I believe there are some
I'm pretty sure Hima's game Adolescence will be using one for the title
Think Chrono Crisis may be using one for its menu as well.
Not really sure if or which complete game have one though,
might be able to find something using search (if you haven't already).
