"classify" script

Here's what Im looking for. When you go into battle with a creature, its name by default apears as "???". By using the skill classify, the "???" is replaced with the creature's name, and the creature is added to the bestiary script(as opposed to just fighting it adds to the bestiary script as of now). After doing this, fighting that creature again in a new battle it's name will no longer be "???" but its database name. Additionally(if possible) I would like the element affinity(s) of the monster to appear next to their name in an icon form once classified(2 icons maximum, as enemies in my game will have no more than 2 element affinities). Thanx if anyone wants to attempt this.
