The year is 1864 on the world of Terria. Over the past century, two major powers have have risen up and eventually dominated the world scene. The Empire of Sol militarized and united a continent of endless chaos under a single, massive flag, and the Gradian Alliance shaped four unassuming countries into a military and economic powerhouse. Sixty years ago, a discovery made by the Gradian Archaeological Division changed the flow of world history forever. As reverse engineering advanced relics from the distant past ironically spur what was known as the Second Industrial Revolution, an inevitable arms race by the two superpowers soon turns into full blown war.
The Empire of Sol and the Gradian Alliance declared war fifty five years ago. No one is spared from the horrors of the war. Every man, woman, and child on both sides alike experiences in some way the loss, pain, and destruction that the war brings. There is no good guy, no bad guy. Only motives, political and military wise, by both powers. Fifty five years later, with the military, infrastructure, and morale worn down by decades of on and off combat, both powers draft and sign the Paxus Treaty, a bilateral agreement to end the long war.
However, with the same factors that caused the war, the ancient weapons and tools, unchanged, along with new issues such as overexpansion, rebellion, and unrest, how will the new world adapt? Our story follows a man, a citizen of the Empire of Sol, oddly, working for the Alliance, as the focal point of what will be known by future generations as the Chronology of the Last Era.
HELLO! My name Feldschlacht IV and I've been messing around with RPG Maker for quite some time. I have been working at this game for a while, and I've grown quite fond of it. So fond of it in fact, that when RMN had it's 8th Release Something! event, I just had to partake and actually release something. I'm surprised and flattered that this game has a little fanfare about it, and some people were waiting on a demo! Well, here it is. If this game looks like anything interesting to you, then check out the game page, and if you're REALLY interested then check out the download below!
