Chrono Trigger Battle System

Lately I've been thinking about how fun Chrono Trigger was, and how fast-paced and enjoyable battles were. It wouldn't be a bad idea to use an Active Time Battle System, specially since I'm still at an initial stage of game development.

So I was wondering, has anybody made an ATB like Chrono Trigger's, where you can wait for multiple characters to have a full ATB gauge to engage in dual or even triple techniques?

If not, does anyone know of any good and simple ATBs, I could easily modify?

Otherwise, I'll use Charlie Fleed's battle system, which is exactly like Final Fantasy X's battle system.
 
Thank you. The add-on itself is not an actual CTBS, but the means to battle in the same scene as the map. Anyhow, I've been comparing both Atoa's and Charlie Fleed's scripts, and I think I'm leaning more over Atoa's side. Charlie Fleed's battle system is more complex and has more options, but this does not always make a game more enjoyable. I came to realize, I have more fun fighting with Atoa's battle system. Maybe I could even make an add-on myself and personalize the script.
