This is currently a very basic outlook of the anatomy (keep in mind its chibi styled) I want feed back before I continue. So faster the better! :P C&C away!
I actually think it's really good. If you made one where the character was stepping forward, you could make a neat little template for some interesting cartoony graphics for Chara Sprites.
Yea I think it looks great. My only real suggestion would be to pull the hips up. Since your going for an animeish style, you should really sell it XD. Make some hips and legs lol! JK. Your graphics look fine. You're actually really good.
What do you use to create your graphics? I used to use photoplus 6, but it doesn't work on vista so I got photoshop. But photoshop does not work well with pixel art lol. So what are you using?
**Small Update**
Shading... tried to fix the hands .. even tried to change them but failed to do so at this time. I us ms paint for pixel art i will continue to work on the female before moving to male temp! Hopefully i can fix the hands and arms asap..
It looks fine to me. Although I am worried that the sprite is too big for any further animations you might do if that's the child template, imagine the adult template when it comes in!
Wow something is terribly bonkers to me today, it says Chibi =_=
To me, they look more like pixel dolls than any template, and to my knowledge, though it is sketchy, chibbi isn't quite what this template displayed...
That being said, I actually like it... I think the arms could do with being a pixel thicker and the hands still need to stop pointing out penguin style....
The problem i see here is that it looks like a frontal view rather than a top down.
Too much neck, feet don't look planted on the ground so it looks like it's floaing there.
Add more hip to the female, that first look seems to fit the male better imo.

Ah never noticed the male had a slightly changed figure, my bad.

I see people complain about the hands, i say you don't need them either, this look works much better for super small sprites with no real hands or fingers (french fry arms as i call 'em).
If anything maKe the female hands more relaxed than the male version and you're set.
